“me@JGU” is a prevention program developed for JGU students as part of the university-wide project “LOB – Lehren Organisieren Beraten”. The program is based on scientifically founded methods of cognitive behavioral therapy. The results of the survey underscore the importance of developing such a program.

“me@JGU” has been available for students and employees of JGU since 2019. Since 2022 there is also an English version online. You can sign in with your Data Center log-in information.

The website includes information, tips and exercises on different topics in the form of texts, audio, videos and podcasts.
